This is an image detail from a piece I’m working called Linka in the Park.

Another piece in a surprisingly expanding series featuring a girl and her journey among pond creatures…I know that sounds weird.

Another foray by me into trying to find a good medium for my work using digital tools.  This is actually the first image, that I created totally on the computer– sketch to paint.  It was really exciting to work on, and of course, being able to control the color application in the picture.  Cheers!

A fowl that finds himself  balancing life on one leg.
Swamped with memories, he flies to uncharted depths –
Fishing for truth, one mackerel at a time.

A grumpy addition to the wing-ed crew.

Loud but endearing, proud and appealing.
She’s easy to meet, but hard to understand.
Her quips are legendary, her tantrums infamous.
Either way you will bow to this Queen of the coop.
